Hannah is a warm, grounded therapist who blends clinical training with over 15 years of real-world experience supporting people through life’s challenges. She is a pre-accredited member of the IACP with a BSc (Hons) and professional training in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. Her work is rooted in a person-centred philosophy, emphasising empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Hannah spent over a decade in hospitality and management, where she worked closely with people from all walks of life. This background sharpened her emotional intelligence, practical empathy, and ability to support others in high-pressure, emotionally complex environments. Her path into psychotherapy was inspired by a long-standing interest in human connection and a desire to support others in more meaningful, transformative ways.
Hannah has undertaken extensive training in trauma and in Focusing, a body-based practice that helps clients develop greater awareness of their internal world. She works with adults (18+) in a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed environment, offering a steady, attuned presence for clients navigating difficult or sensitive material. She prioritises emotional safety, clarity, and consent in the therapy process.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, Hannah offers a flexible and responsive way of working, always guided by the unique needs and pace of each client. Her integrative style allows her to tailor the process to suit the individual, while remaining rooted in the core values of human connection and collaboration. She works with clients on both a short-term and long-term basis, depending on their goals and needs.
Clients often describe Hannah as warm, calm, and intuitive. She values diversity and welcomes clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. With a confident, compassionate presence and a belief in each person’s inner wisdom, she supports individuals in exploring their experiences, building deeper self-understanding, and moving toward meaningful and lasting change.
Hannah supports clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, self-esteem, mood, grief, trauma, and life/relationship challenges. She is committed to holistic well-being, addressing the emotional, psychological, and somatic dimensions of healing and personal growth.
